On the evening of January 10, 2018, at the press conference of the World Ice Dragon Boat Championship (organized by the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation, IIDBF), four international dragon boat organizations – the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation (IIDBF), the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF), the Dragon Boat Committee of the International Canoe Federation (ICF), and the International University Dragon Boat Federation (IUD BF) – jointly released the "Duolun Declaration".
