Social Sports Guidance Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese Dragon Boat Association, Sports and Youth Programs Center
of China Media Group, CTV Sports Entertainment Co., Ltd., Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau and Yueyang Municipal People's Government, and co-
organized by the Miluo Municipal People's Government.

On December 27, 2015, the International Ice Dragon Boat Series - Harbin Station, China, kicked off warmly in Harbin, the "Ice City". One hundred sixty
participants were divided into 12 ice dragon boat teams (12 members each) and 30 ice dragon boat teams (5 members each). The participants used ice
picks instead of oars to race against each other, staging a unique ice dragon boat series competition on the ice. The competition site was lively, with
athletes and the audience passionate, attracting Chinese and foreign media to compete for coverage.
