On January 26th, 2019, the First Shenyang Ice and Snow Dragon Boat Race was officially launched at the Shengjing Ice and Snow Nadam. This event 

was hosted by the People's Government of Shenhe District, Shenyang City, and was held on the ice surface of the Hun River in Shenyang, with 15 teams participating.

The ice dragon boat race was held on the ice surface, which was more than one meter thick. Each team consisted of 12 people, 

including a helmsman, a drummer, and rowers, and they were divided into groups to conduct straight-line races, competing in teamwork and endurance.

The holding of this event enabled the participating players to feel the fun brought by ice dragon boating in winter, while enhancing the people's enthusiasm 

for participating in ice and snow sports, forming a good atmosphere in the whole society, opening up a new world for the development of national fitness activities

 in Liaoning Province in winter, and contributing to the construction of a healthy living city.
